CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately (within 2–3 hours of placing the order). Once the order has been processed or dispatched from our warehouse, we are unable to cancel it.

 

CAN I FIND OUT THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number. You can use this link to check the real-time status of your delivery.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY ITEM/ INCORRECT ITEM?

We are truly sorry if this happens. Please contact our Customer Support team within 24 hours of receiving your package. Send us your Order ID and clear photos of the fault or incorrect item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you immediately.

WHERE CAN I FIND A SIZE CHART?

You can find a detailed Size Chart on every single product page, located right next to the size selection options. We recommend measuring a T-shirt or hoodie you already own and comparing it to our chart to ensure the perfect fit.

 

WILL I RECEIVE THE SAME PRODUCT I SEE IN THE PHOTO?

Yes. We make every effort to display the colors and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, please note that slight variations in color may occur due to studio lighting or different screen display settings.
