Exchange & Returns
At AlRaqiq, we want you to love what you wear. We check every item before it leaves our warehouse to ensure it meets our quality standards. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility Window
You have 1 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

Unworn and Unwashed: The item must show no signs of wear, stains, or use.

Original Condition: All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide your Order ID or receipt.
Note: Items that smell of perfume, smoke, or body odor will not be accepted.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If we made a mistake, we will fix it. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Send us a picture of the defect along with your Order ID.

We will arrange a replacement free of charge.

We will cover the shipping costs for the return and the new delivery.
4. Sizing Issues / Change of Mind
If you ordered the wrong size or simply changed your mind:

We are happy to exchange the item for a different size or design (subject to availability).

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs required to send the item back to us.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch your exchange.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items bought on Sale or during special promotional events.

Accessories (for hygiene reasons), unless they arrived damaged.

Items that have been altered or washed.
6. How to Initiate a Return
To start the process, follow these simple steps:

Approval: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with the return address.

Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item and ship it to the provided address. Please keep the tracking receipt until we confirm we have received the package.

Processing: Once received, we will inspect the item. If it meets our criteria, we will process your exchange or refund within 3–5 business days.
7. Refunds
Refunds are typically processed via Bank Transfer. Cash refunds are not available for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders; these will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit upon request.
