Shipping Policy

At AlRaqiq, we know you want your gear fast. We work hard to process every order quickly and get it to your doorstep safe and sound. Please review our shipping details below.

1. Order Processing Time

  • We process orders within 24–48 hours of receiving them.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During sale periods or new collection drops, processing might take an extra day due to high volume. We appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Rates

We try to keep shipping costs as low as possible.

  • Standard Shipping: [Insert Amount, e.g., Rs. 200] flat rate nationwide.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over [Insert Amount, e.g., Rs. 5000] qualify for free delivery.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order leaves our warehouse, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 2–4 business days.

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–5 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates. Unforeseen delays by the courier service (due to weather or strikes) are out of our control, but we will always help you track your package.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation Email and SMS. This message will contain your Tracking Number and a link to the courier’s website. You can check the status of your shipment at any time using that link.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for all orders nationwide.

  • Please ensure you have the exact amount ready for the rider to avoid any delivery delays.

  • For confirmed COD orders, our team may call or message you for verification before dispatching.

6. Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

We pack every order with care. If your package arrives damaged or seems to be lost in transit, please contact us immediately.
